I tried to reach Officer Allison Jones, but didn't connect. I have a new number for her, but still couldn't reach her: 202-299-2043
I tried calling First District Police directly, and they said someone else is handling hit-and-runs now. They connected me with a different person, Officer Jim Langenbach. He did not have the case file yet, but said he'd contact the substation and call me back.
