This seems like good news: Late Friday afternoon, I received a call on my cell phone from a Liberty Mutual representative handling an insurance claim from Comcast. He had just received the file, and was looking into it. He gave me a claim number, phone number, and fax number, and said he'd be in touch as soon as he had more information.
This is starting to sound like cooperation and good will, so I'll refrain from posting any more deragatory information... for now.
