I called the executive office phone number: 215-286-8960
They are aware of the case, and had my name and information already. The representative I spoke to said that Pat Carroll is the executive responsible for handling my case. She submitted a request for him to contact me, and said that he is required to do so within 24 hours.

I just moved back to DC from MD. I've been trying to get Comcast for 2 weeks now. Its the only cable provider my complex will allow. I've done everything they've asked and still don't have cable. I called the number you mentioned above and hopefully they can light a fire. I miss my FIOS. Hope your Comcase issue were resolved.
