Case Information and Contacts

I added important case information and a list of contacts to the sidebar. The contact list had grown to the point where it was unmanageable scattered throughout the various blog posts, so the sidebar keeps it all organized. As a bonus, it may help improve the search engine rank, particularly for the contact names.
