Earlier this week, I sent email to a "Comcast Cares" email address I found on a web site (can't remember which one). I got a quick, polite response indicating that they would investigate and get back in touch.

Nice to see that there is a responsive communication channel. Thank you, Comcast. Now I hope something comes of it.
