Harold says he received a response from a Comcast exec. They plan to investigate and will contact both him and me when they have more info.

On Friday, March 27, 2009 at 9:15 pm, a Comcast van sideswiped my parked car in front of my house, causing just over $1400.00 damage. Witnesses watched as the van fled the scene, speeding north on 13th St. NE, then turning left on D St. NE (the wrong way on a one-way). This is a chronicle of my efforts to recover the repair costs from Comcast.
